Standard Business Sponsorship

Employers can become a standard business sponsor, and sponsor someone to work for you on a:

visa (subclass 482)
☑ Skilled Employer Sponsored
Regional (Provisional) visa
(subclass 494)

Labour
Agreements

Labour agreements allow businesses to sponsor overseas workers in situations where:

☑ They cannot fill the position with a local worker
☑ Standard temporary or permanent visa programs are unavailable.

Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482)

This visa enables employers to address labour shortages by bringing in skilled workers where employers can’t source an appropriately skilled Australian worker.

Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)

The subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional Visa enables applicants to apply for provisional permanent residency by being sponsored by an employer located in a designated regional area.
